Letting Go and Leaning in when on Vacation

Letting go of rigid routines on vacation to find more expansiveness, joy, and balance:

-vacation teaches us that movement isn’t “working out” 


-nourishment isn’t always green juices + salads
-and time in nature, fresh air, and deep breaths is the best for disconnecting
