Healthy Morning Gut Health Hacks

I know that well into the new year so many of us our focused on our work and financial goals, however I believe full heartedly that we can show up EVEN MORE at our jobs when our cup is filled first.

Some of these action steps take seconds (hello, good morning breath and gratitude, and opening the blinds ☀️)

  • Direct sunlight first thing in the morning

  • 20-30 grams of protein in the morning

  • a moment of gratitude before your feet hit the ground

  • have something in your stomach before you enjoy your coffee

    Well, you may not always have enough time to get a workout in before you head into the office, I guarantee you that you can fit in 5 minutes of stretching, mela prepping your breakfast filled with protein and fiber the night before and even taking a handful of berries or a bite of some dried fruit or nuts before you reach for that cup of coffee.
